After trying to add a loyalty card to the application, when you call a wallet, only a white or black sheet of the screen is displayed, not a single card and control buttons are loaded. I do not know how to fix it.

Cannot add loyalty cards to wallet. I’ve seen this question asked before with no answer. My Wallet app inexplicably has no “edit passes” button on the bottom. There is no way to add store cards and such. Can anybody help???

Unable to add any loyalty cards to Apple Wallet I am unable to add any loyalty card or membership card to my Apple Wallet. There is NO option when I tap the +. It only allows me to add credit, transit, and ID cards. The card IS compatible. I tapped the add to Apple wallet button in the email and I get the message "Unable to add card". I scan the QR code and get the same message. I have had this card in the past. I can't add any loyalty card. It is an Apple issue. How do I fix it?

Force close the app and then force reboot the phone (press the side button and the home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo).
