Why can’t I sign into iCloud on my Apple TV? I can use iTunes and everything else, but it won’t let me use iCloud Photos for my screensaver... Says it can’t connect to the server...

The Apple TV (2nd and 3rd generation) probably need the linked instructions, if you have two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.
