Why does Apple Pay keep asking me to add a card to transfer money from Apple Pay to my debit card AFTER ITS ALREADY ADDED IN MY WALLET!!!

To use instant transfer you have to have a Visa debit. Transfer money from Apple Cash to your debit card or bank account - Apple Support
