please help ! iphone x virus cant turn off phone
My iPhone x got as pop up that states to call a phone number - - I know it is a scam but I cant shut down / turn off my iPhone to make it go away - I also cant access anything on my iPhone

That is not a virus. Unless you have jailbroken the phone, you do not have a virus. Why can you not shut off the phone? How are you trying? Have you tried to force restart the phone? Press and release the volume up button, quickly press and release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo and then release.
