My iPhone has been locked by a third party. I was looking at crypto webpage and a number flashed for me to call. When I tried to cancel it, my screen went to the lock screen and I can't power it down, or open the phone. I can't even call the number. Help
Unless your phone is jailbroken, you can't get a virus.
Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
