Payment for storage

I cancelled myMastercard because of fraudulent charges. A new one is coming. Cloud notified me that I need to enter a new method to pay for my cloud storage. It won’t let me delete the old card because the security code is now invalid, and it won’t let me add a new card until I remove the old one. Any ideas?

Try adding and removing the cards via https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage


If that also doesn't work contact iTunes Support and see if they can help you do it :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww  (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
