Not able to edit song info in itunes 12.9

I am currently facing issue in editing the song info thorough itunes on my Macbook pro. I am running itunes 12.9 version and the song is present in my iphones storage which I have downloaded in browser and pasted in my iphone

Music When I look at my list of songs on my iPod touch, some songs are grayed out. When I touch a song that is grayed out, I see an error message. "This song is not synced across your devices. On your Mac or PC, go to Apple Music or iTunes for Windows and in Preferences, select Sync Library." When I go to iTunes for Windows on my PC and I go to Preferences, there is no option for Sync Library.

Edited file plays correctly in iTunes, but wrong on iPod How is this possible? I am a dance teacher and have edited music every year for YEARS always using the same method, and this has never happened before. File was edited in audacity, exported, and then imported into iTunes and labeled clearly with EDIT. File plays in iTunes on my desktop perfectly, with edits in tact. When I play the exact same file on either of my two iPods, it plays the original unedited version. This shouldn't even be possible, but I have now re-done the entire process twice, and here I am. PLEASE, can someone explain this?

song won't play There's 2 song that I can't play on an album I bought. ITunes says I have to autorise it first, I do it but the windows always ask me to autorise it again. I have the latest version of Itunes. I can play these 2 songs on my Ipad but not on my pc. Help please

See Repair security permissions for iTunes for Mac - Apple Community. Typically you would edit metadata in iTunes for the copy in local storage then sync those changes to the device.

Yes, I am able to edit the song info now. BTW how do I sync the changes to my device from library
