During text, it populates "Sorry I cant talk right now.."

When I am texting, sitting at my desk, the phone often adds the phrase "Sorry I cannot talk right now, I am driving" How do I turn that off?

When I use speaking in Messenger or iMessages to text it repeats what I say twice. I messed around on my new IPhone 14 Pro Max phone last night and changed some settings. Now when I use speaking instead of typing while using Messenger or iMessages to text it repeats what I say twice. For example, if I say “good night” it types “ good night good night. If I text “How are you doing? it texts “How are you doing?” “ How are you doing?” Unfortunately I don’t know what function i used to make this happen so I don’t know how to stop it. HELP! My vision isn’t so great, which was why I was in the accessibility settings to begin with. That is why I use my voice to text. I do wish Apple would be a little more clear in defining what each function does.

Check what you have on

Settings > General > Keyboard > Text Replacement > {Sorry I cannot talk right now, I am driving}
