Pre-ordered album

I pre-ordered Aaron Watson’s new album and I am not able to download it and it is asking me to purchase the rest of the album. Why is it doing that???

Have you now paid for it ? You were not charged when you pre-ordered it, iTunes cannot charge for unreleased items, you are only charged on release.
