Loss of battery life on new phone

Just bought a iPhone X , battery only lasts about 4 hours and have to charge it several times a day. This is supposed to be a long life battery phone

Battery life It’s been six months from I bought an iPhone 11 ! It’s battery life is degraded from 100 to 95! What can I do to not further degradation of battery health
