ipad is disabled connect to iTunes

Hello, my iPad is is disabled due to many tentative passcode from my kids, know his asking to connect to iTunes.

I have a last version of iTunes and i did a hard reboot for the ipad but i got the message "iTunes could not connect because it's locked with a passcode

Follow the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
