Transferring Phones

i am trying to give my Son my IPhone 7 Plus. How do I delete all of my information from this phone without deleting my information from my other phone and my iCloud? I have over 9,000 pictures and videos that I cannot stand the thought of losing; many of them are of my Daddy who passed away unexpectedly. Thank you for your help!
