I bought the Apple Watch Series 4 in NY, USA. I live in London, UK. My carrier o2 doesn’t support my version of Apple Watch with their mobile data plans. What are my options to be able to use the Watch’s full functionality?

The cellular functions of a USA sourced Apple Watch will only work on networks in the North America cellular region. That currently means USA, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico. The watches compatible with Rest of World use different radio frequencies and have different model numbers to identify the different internal hardware.
