1% fee for apple cash transfer

Thanks for your reply. I am not given the option of doing the 1-3 day transfer within Apple Pay. When I touch "transfer" the only option available is the instant transfer. I have my regular bank account set up in the app, so I don't understand why it's not an option to transfer it there. Thanks for your help!
