Apple Pay Cash Age Requirement

I have a ton of respect for Apple because it is like no other company. The easy to use hardware and software. The great customer service. I love almost everything about Apple and am a hardcore Apple fan. Will never buy any phone but an iPhone. But what makes me so mad is that I am not able to use all of Apple’s amazing features (like Apple Cash) because of an age requirement. Apple is for everyone, at least that is how it’s been for me since I’ve used Apple. But until now I have thought otherwise because of not being able to use the amazing feature of sending and receiving money through messages. Is there any possible way to bypass this? Or do I have to wait years to use it? If there is no way to bypass this, this would definitely be something that I want Apple to change ASAP.
