This can be done Mac easily.

Open the preview App
Open One PDF
On Menu Edit > Insert > Page From File
Select the second PDF
Repeat 3 & 4 as long as you want
Simply File Save (Will be saved as the same name as of the first file)
Or File > Print > Save as PDF .....
