Cant sign-in to itunes on mac

Hi, im having troble signing in on my imac to itunes.

I was having trouble on my android itunes app but have fixed that but now cant sign-in to my imac

iMac 21.5", macOS 10.14

Try If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support.
