So I am entering Medical College and am pretty confused which device should I buy or like should I buy at all,So here it goes Should I buy iPad or Macbook Air or Is it okay if I don't buy apple at all cause I-have a hp 240 laptop so?? Pls guide me

There's no requirement you need to buy an Apple device at all.
As suggested contacting the school about the computers they suggest or your teachers is a good option.
Otherwise, if your HP works and does what you need, keep that, and evaluate your needs while you study.

If I were you I would be talking to the people at the school. Each school has different software some of which only runs on certain computers. They will be able to help you to make the correct decision.
