Problem with the "Music" widget in iOS 12.3.1 on iPad Pro

From a certain moment the "Music" widget began to display album covers in disgusting quality, like a very low resolution picture with maximum level of compression. Just look at this:

In addition, each time I enter the widgets section, the "Music" widget shows "Show less", but it is displayed already minimized when it should be written "Show more".
