Face ID

My iPhone X’s Face ID isn’t working..I tired resetting it and it keeps saying move iPhone a little lower then when I do it says move iPhone a little higher...why is it doing that????

If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

you get no help, it could be a hardware failure. Make an appointment at an Apple Store or AASP and have your device inspected. After checking it out, they’ll give you all the available options: https://locate.apple.com/findlocations
