Face ID

My face Id not working. I used to have it but it suddenly stopped. I’m trying to setup new face id but it keeps on saying move iPhone lower or higher. I have the latest IOS.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

face id so when i first got my iphone, face id worked perfectly fine. for the past few months face id isnt working. i reset it but everytime i try to setup my face id it doesnt work. it always tells me to move the iphone a little higher when i do. its getting frustrating. does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to help?

Face ID isn't working on Iphone XS My FaceID stopped working. I tried setting up a new Face ID but the phone keeps saying move phone higher or lower. I tried everything on the https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208114. I have ensured that my ios is the most up to date and restarted multiple times. Thanks.
