face id

so when i first got my iphone, face id worked perfectly fine. for the past few months face id isnt working. i reset it but everytime i try to setup my face id it doesnt work. it always tells me to move the iphone a little higher when i do. its getting frustrating. does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to help?

Face ID So when I first go my iPhone the Face ID worked fine but the after a few days it stoped working. Then when I went into settings to re add my face it would never set and would say “move iPhone higher or move iPhone lower ” endless.I have tried everything from restarting my iPhone, update it to the newest version, cleaned my Lens, took of my screen protection, checked the ID cam, also the green light on the right top corner still shows so i know it works. But it still says “move iPhone higher and move iPhone lower ” ENDLESSLY!!! Please help me

Face ID not working on iPhone 13 Pro I have had continuous issues with Face ID. I am on my second 13 pro due to the issue. No matter how many times I turn on and off and now it won’t even initiate a new Face ID. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
