add photos to album folders
this is my first time using the new photos program on this Mac. I made folders in my albums and I try to drag a photo to add to the folder and it won't add.

Only albums can hold photos, and folders can hold other folders and albums. The folders are to be used to group your albums, if you want to keep your albums organized. Create a new album, then drag photos into the album. And if you have several albums, that are related, drag the albums into a folder. Folders can be nested. For example, I am having a folder Travel with subfolders for the years, and inside the yearly folders subfolders for each occasion.
