Why do you want to cancel it?


The Apple Music subscription is not tied to a specific device. Its tied to your Apple ID. You can continue to use the subscription on a new iPhone or Android phone by logging in to your Apple ID. You can even use it on multiple devices that are logged in to the Apple ID.


If you really want to cancel the subscription, log in with the Apple Id from the old phone in iTunes on a computer and follow the steps here: Manage your Apple Music subscription - Apple Support
