If you're only able to get to Windows, and if nothing is actually broken you can switch back to macOS normally in one of two ways:
Let me know if this is not the case.

Boot into Internet Recovery. Click on Utilities-> Terminal and post the output of
diskutil list
GPT1 - EFI
GPT2 - Corrupted Partition Type, most likely APFS
GPT3 - APFS
GPT4 - ?
GPT5 - Windows LDM (but why was this disk manipulated using Windows Disk Management)?
GPT6 and GPT7 - are a result for GPT6/LDM manipulation
Can you explain why your disk is in this state? What is the macOS version of the internal disk supposed to be?
See Prepare for APFS in macOS High Sierra - Apple Support. This can cause older Macs running Windows not to 'see' macOS for switching purposes.
Does macOS boot normally?
You can try a SMC Reset on a late 2013 iMac - How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support - and see if you can get control back, otherwise you will need to buy/borrow a USB keyboard (preferable an Apple one).
Can you post the output of
diskutil list
If you want your disk space back, you will need a backup/erase/restore.
The following commands will delete the 626GB container, since it is not being used. I will put partial UUIDs, which you will need to complete.
diskutil apfs deleteVolume 1C704D5C-...
diskutil apfs deleteVolume BA83C0EE-...
diskutil apfs deleteContainer 990DEDCC-...
Please enter the ‘full’ UUIDs where you see ‘...’ . Once you have cleaned up, use Time Machine to backup/erase/restore your macOS installation, before we address the next issue.
You cannot delete a partition, if you are booted from it. Have you made any changes to the partitions, since what you posted from Internet Recovery?
In Utilities -> Terminal, run
diskutil apfs deleteContainer disk2
diskutil apfs deleteContainer disk3
diskutil eraseDisk jhfs+ INTERNAL disk0
diskutil list
and post the output.
Now try to install Mojave.
I recommend a single 512GB external drive that you can partition for all your testing of various OSes. Leave a clean version of macOS and Windows on the internal disk, which will help you keep your experiments separate from a stable Mac.
You will need to remove the Microsoft directory and it’s contents in the EFI partition to get rid of the Windows icon.
If macOS boots properly, post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil apfs list
diskutil info /
when booted in macOS.
