If you're only able to get to Windows, and if nothing is actually broken you can switch back to macOS normally in one of two ways:

  • Bring up the Boot Camp Support in your Windows system tray (near the clock) to see if you can select to startup with your Mac there.
  • Shut down the power and when you turn it back on hold down the OPTION key and see if your Macintosh HD shows up as an option.

Let me know if this is not the case.

The latest and im not sure.

I tried to install other Linux based operating systems like QubeOS and PureOS too on other partions and created some from them using usbs. I was able ti run PureOS but not QubeOS as the partioning didn’t work or install. I think they needed a different type of partion. At some point i think QubesOS didn’t get past a certain screen so I turned it off and took off USB. Vise versa with PureOS. I didn’t get too many chances to try more things. At the advanced options screen for on windows I uninstalled latest updates for both options.

The Mac had the latest sierra OS.

I did 3 of them.

then i checked again. This is it.

Here’s more info just in case needed...

And as you can see the partion is still there and not removable.

And to add to it i cant access downloads and other finder windows. Only applications and screenshots and terminal. I cant access safari or applications i downloaded off the internet.

What do i do now or next?
