Adding Card to Wallet App

Hi, when trying to add card to Wallet (pressing + button) i get an error - Could Not Connect to Apple Pay . Make sure you are connected to the Internet.

The device is definately connected to the internet, the ApplePay is supported in my country.

Any help would be appreciated !
