HomePod issue

HomePod issue- after switching internet providers, I now have 5G with “I think isolation” my HomePod is not working the same. Airplay function is not working. I have it connected to the same network as my phone and tried resets. Still not working. Any help?

Check out the manual for your router. Some have multiple channels, where one has wireless isolation and another does not. See also the Change AirPlay settings section of Change settings for HomePod - Apple Support. Setting this to Everyone might serve as a temporary workaround.
