The iTunes songs I purchased are basically gone

Ok so here’s the thing, since apple support can’t provide any real help.

Over time I purchased songs from iTunes on my old iPhone, I always had my iCloud turned on to backup my data, and all of it was backed up except for the songs which I both purchased and downloaded in the past.

Last month my iPhone got into water and I lost it for good, no repairs, now after a month due to some issues, I finally bought a new iPhone, I recovered all my data except for the songs I previously had.

i checked everything, my previous purchases, they don’t show up there, they do show as purchased items in the purchased history which shows all the items, and they’re older than 90 days, way older, I’m not interested in refunds, I’m interested in getting what i purchased back.

i have everything updated, iTunes, the latest IOS. I even checked if the purchases are hidden or not which would be impossible since I never hid them because this is my account and mine only, and obviously they’re not hidden.

i never chamged my country or anything, except for my iPhone which was 7 plus and now it’s XR.

and I’m not interested in purchasing that subscription for apple music to have “all” the songs offline, because I’m not interested in “all” of them, just the ones I purchased.

And if it was a one time deal and I cannot get them back, I sure as **** will never purchase anything further from apple/itunes stores again.
