How to allow calls/text messages for certain numbers with password protection

Hello, I have a teen son that i would like to do some restrictions on his iphone, I figure it out lot of things on apples forums about parental control, but there's somethimg i could not find how to do , I would like to know if exists a way to do the following:

• Son can only dial Mom and Dad. Son cannot be able to dial any other number from the Iphone.
• Son Iphone can receive calls from Mom and Dad. Incoming phone calls from other numbers will be automatically rejected or discarded without user intervension.
• This feature needs to be protected with a password, that means son cannot edit contacts allowed to receive/send calls, only dad or mom can do it.
