Amazon widget just disappeared on my iPhone XS Max today

I have iPhone 6 iOS 12.3.1

I have the same issue. The amazon widget just disappeared and when I got to edit and see if the option is available to “add” on the list of widget it’s not there. I tried uninstalling amazon app and reinstalling it but nothing works! Please help, the amazon widget was so useful 😢

Same here. I have removed amazon app and signed back in. No luck with the widget appearing anywhere. I have an I phone 6 plus. Likewise it still appears on my I pad. I have turned the phone on and off. No widget to add anywhere. It’s a mystery which is annoying. Any tech help please Apple ?

This is not helpful. In the latest 13.13.0 the Amazon widget is missing. Please remove your animation. While at one time it was helpful to those looking for how to add it, in the absence of the feature from the app, most would consider it snarky.

Apple isn't reading here for suggestions.

I have the iPhone 8 Plus and thought my 2 & 3 year old grandsons somehow remove it. I’ve been googling everything trying to find out how to get it back. Now I know after seeing every else with the same issue that I can relax and wait for the update (hopefully soon!)

Cute gif, but in my case the widget is no longer listed anywhere. If it was merely removed from view I could add it back. It is gone

Was told by a Amazon Rep, via chat support, that it will be back with the next “major” Amazon app update.

Same here, the widget is just gone and there’s no option to add it back. :-(

same here, switched to my other iPhone and gone there as well.

Helpful... but Amazon is not even an option to remove anymore. Like it’s vanished completely.

I thought I did something wrong and made it go away. It was very handy. Hopefully they fix it soon

The widget was removed in the latest update of the Amazon app (13.13.0). Hopefully they bring it back in the next update.
