Amazon widget just disappeared on my iPhone XS Max today

The Amazon widget just disappeared on my iPhone XS Max today, I had ‘swiped left’ to see my order & it wasn’t showing, I looked at the widgets & it’s not available as an option to add it. I checked my iPad when I got home and it was still working on that, until I clicked ‘edit’ then it also disappeared on that. Anyone having the same issue?
