Playlist public

Hello friends! Kindly ask you to help🙋‍♂️ I can’t make my playlist public. I send link via fb messenger but after it redirects me to a blank page

-_- I’ve presses “public playlist” into iTunes from my PC but it doesn’t solved my problem so as creating new playlist💁‍♂️ The same result is while using any device

Shared playlists are only available to other Apple Music subscribers. You won’t be able to play music from that playlist on a device without this subscription.
