Billed for double down casino purchase but did not go,through

I received a confirmation email that my 61.00 had been refunded, but it has not shown up to my iTunes account

Refunds aren't instant, a refund to an account's balance can take a few days (and you may have to log out and back in for it to show), a refund to a credit cards seven to ten days or so
