Two-Factor Authentication
Hello,
I purchased an iPhone 10 max yesterday. The iPhone has been set up where the two-factor authentication has been turned on; however, from my phone and even on my account using a desktop to log in it's not allowing me to turn it off. I would like to turn it off because I think it's interfering with my iPod communicating with my iCloud account, even when I enter my correct password. My iPod is an older model. The same thing happened when I purchased a new apple laptop in September 2018 and I turned it on. When I turned on the two-factor authentication on the laptop and on all my other apple devices, my iPod stopped responding (and that feature doesn't exist on the older model) so I turned it off and then the iPod was fine back in September. However, at the store yesterday, the salesperson automatically turned it on, but now it's not allowing the option to turn it off.
Could you help? Thanks.
Maurine.
