iTunes problem

I have store credit for iTunes and I tried to buy an audiobook with it and when I click it it says insufficient funds but I have enough store credit to buy it

what do I do?

Try the Following:


Look for Sales Tax: If there is sales tax in your location, then that may be what is overruling such purchases.


Resynchronize The Balance: The balance could always be out of date for some reason. So, sign out and then sign back in. That way everything is resynchronized.
