Can anyone confirm a working App Store on iOS 6?

iPad 2 running iOS 6.1.3 and the app store wont load no matter what i do, However updates still works which makes me think apple may have dropped support.

Any Ideas?

Many apps began life as web pages. If you find a useful web page you can add it to your home screen as if it were an app.
