Can’t turn off filevault

How to turn off filevault .. its all greyed out iam not able to turn it off through terminal ..

Are you sure it's not in the process of turning OFF?

Iv'e seen it take weeks to complete...

You can check the drive decryption process status in the Security > FileVault preference area.
