I cannot contact my previous seller of my iPhone and their icloud is still connected to it i do not know their pass code either please HELP!!!!!!

What are the risks? Hi all! I recently sold my previous iPhone. I factory reset it before handing it over, however it required my passcode (forgot to remove it from iCloud) when the buyer started entering their info. I entered the passcode for the buyer (without disclosing it) and the buyer proceeded to enter their details. Within the next 10-20 minutes I removed the device from iCloud and changed Apple ID password. What are the chances that the buyer managed to sync/download any information from my iCloud or previous device settings? Or that any info was left over from previous settings?

I got a new phone because my last one was stolen and it won’t allow me to sign into my iCloud what can I do I got a new cell phone in the mail because my last one got stolen. When I sign into iCloud it’s saying that it’s sending me a passcode to continue signing in to my phone that I do not have and I’m not receiving a text message on the current phone that I just received to replace my old phone. What can I do to fix this problem

I gave my old iphone away and bought a new one and am using it ok . She recently reset my old one and started using it. If you cannot contact the seller you are out of luck. No one can help you, not even Apple.

I agree with Deggie that no here or at Apple is going to able release that Activation Lock for you.
