iPad Disabled

my iPad displays the error message 'iPad is disabled, connect to iTunes'. While I try to connect to iTunes; I get the message 'iTunes could not connect to this iPad. An unknown error occurred. 0xE 8000015'. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Make sure you have update iTunes to the latest version (v12.9.x), then use this link, following the directions exactly:
