Cant email past 2 weeks

I installed Outlook email provider, BlueMail, Edison Mail and others, but they ALL do not show more than 2 weeks of emails, as days go by the older emails drop off, being more than 2 weeks. its NOT the email server, they are ALL in MS Outlook on the computer and on Android phones fine. They all show, emails from past months and years! This is an Apple issue that i can not seem to fix. I can NOT see the new apps in Password and Accounts, to even use the "Days to Sync". So i add the "other" email using Apple email, but it STILL does not show the "Days to Sync". How do you get all your emails PAST 2 weeks using an email account in the App Store (ie: BlueMail) - as it seems this is outside of Hotmail, or Outlook.com. Am I stuck in the apple box?
