Bugs of my iPhone

Are there some apps which are able to create a bug or freeze to my iPhone or there is a technical problem??? Such as the iPhone touch everywhere on my screen started opening some apps by itself or sometimes doesn’t let me type anything or enter anywhere

That's a sign of a failing touchscreen. Make an appointment at an Apple store for help.
