How do I fix the lock icon with bar at bottom of my Mac ,

My screen shows an icon lock with bar on bottom , and my Apple ID password does not work , how can I fix this , even resetting my computer don’t work

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13

Lock icon—If your Mac is using a firmware password, the lock icon appears when you try to start up from another disk or volume, such as an external drive or macOS Recovery. Enter the firmware password to continue.
