I recently lost my bank card and had a replacement sent and the old card cancelled. I am now unable to add a new payment type to my account until I verify the security number from my old card - which I don’t know by heart. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

contact iTunes Support for assistance. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option. You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
