"Programmes" in storage shines red!

Hello Apple community,

I recently cleared out a lot of space on my Macbook Pro 15. I also chose to delete some Garageband files since it took up a bunch of space and I think I uninstalled the app a long time again.

My problem is now my iCloud storage seems to have a syncing problem (the storage goes up and down constantly) and the "Programmes" part of my storage shines red under System Information! It also sometimes blinks a lighter colour. Screenshot below:

I'm kind of freaking out. My computer hasn't even removed all 2.6 gb of Garageband files (there is still 1.4 gb left) and now the storage is shining red. Did I do something wrong? Or am I freaking out over nothing)
