MacBook Pro April 2017 screen scarred by keyboard when closed

Besides that my backlight has been scanty and finally gave up the ghost, the MBP2017 is really flimsy, my screen has scars on it from the keyboard. The shiny layer of the screen is damaged and the laptop looks terrible yet it is only 15 months old. No amount of cleaning can fix it. How do I get this fixed

Black screen/Keyboard not responding Make and model: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) 12.0.1 Metal stand made from metal Purchase from Shopee Laptop cover made from leather Issue: -Shows Black screen -Keyboard is not responding -need to close the lid and re open to make it respond or show the screen -received this mac as new from AOS -This is a 2nd mac from AOS and having the same issue -set it up as new and then login to iCloud -Issue happens randomly -suspecting the screen hinge was the issue because when he move the stand with the laptop, that is when the screen goes black and the keyboard not responding -put the mac on the table and remove/pull out the cover of the macbook, the same thing happens -Restart -Safe mode All ended with the same issue, can you advise what to do next?

Macbook screen care My MacBook screen is covered with stains or streaks (when it turned off and supposed to be black). It might be caused by silicone keypad and by my cleaning the screen with a damp cloth. The question is what to do? Can it be fixed?

It would need to be replaced. Have Apple take a look at it.

Thanks a lot. I took it to the Genius Bar and they are replacing it free of charge.
