Hey everyone

i recently tried to chage the adminastor name and i got into some troubles with it as i was searching on the internet ther was not a simple and easy soloution to make my system preferences unlocked so i decided to write the soloution that i found .

all and all you must have to click on : ALLOW USER TO ADMINISTER THIS COMPUTER under that old admin

to do that :

first : make a new admin by rebooting your mac

reastart your mac and hold down the cmd key and the s key together

now you are in matrix and you should choose your pill :)) nah just kidding

you will see somthing like terminal coming up in black and white texts

you should put this word exactly how i write it down in here for you

mount "space" -uw "space" /...second...

rm "space"/var/db/.applesetupdone ...

reboot

now your mac will start up and you need to do the proccess by clicking on language , wifi , apple id

and then you have your new admin

second : log in into the admin that you've just created and go to users & groups , unlock it and then click on your old admin, then check the box that is written Allow user to administer this computer

and that's it you can log in back to your prefered admin and now you can unlock it

good luck
