apple family sharing not working for sons phone anymore (classed as child) ?

Hi there any help would be much appreciated , this was working but since he has changed his password he cannot access or download anything from Apple Music (we are subscribed to this ) and or anything from Apps Store or Itunes.


when you go into his settings , he is signed in on Icloud but the option for automatic downloads is not highlighted or apps store etc , when you try to toggle these on they will not allow it at all and revert to off.


we have tried to reset his password to see if this helped but nope ....


tried logging out and resigning back in but this hasnt worked at all


I am classed as parent on the account and he is listed as child but I cannot delete and re add as he is under 13 and it says i cannot delete


any help would be massively appreciated as I am pulling my hair out trying to resolve ... and i dont have much to lose
