Serial Number invalid
I have an original iPad and am trying to trade in for a new one. I get a message that the serial number on the iPad is not valid. What can I do?

I was having the same problem as well when trying to verify my iPad five . From mine to work, I type in the serial number with a lowercase letters instead of uppercase letters. And it was good to go!
