Refund

Hello.

I never used the app but got charged by it. I installed it, it didn’t work on my iPhone so I uninstalled it 5 minutes later. What is more on the day when I got charged my Iphone was been fixing at the service so I even could'nt check my subscriptions and I never got a notification by app about the upcoming payment. I think it’s a huge mistake and I’d like to get a refund. Anyone who knows how to deal with such situations?
